Paul has developed a particular focus on optimising patient treatment pathways. This process involves gathering information from various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, commissioners and patients, to create accurate pathway maps. His approach ensures a holistic view of the patient experience, considering both clinical and experiential aspects.
