Ian Galloway
Managing Director
Ian founded MediLife in 2016 following 16 years in commercial and marketing leadership roles in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industry. With a broad range of experience, including heading a CQC registered diagnostic company, Ian's experience has enabled him to add value to his many clients and has been the driver for the company to grow.
Driven by a passion to make a difference and to improve the way that healthcare services are delivered, Ian focuses on supporting the introduction of innovative products and services into healthcare markets. Ian works with clients on projects at all levels from Global strategy development to spending time with clients clinical customer base to support marketing, sales and product development.
Before having a "real job" Ian was a pro golfer and he still maintains a keen interest in golf and other sports, although at a much more leisurely pace!
Paul Rowe
Commercial Director
Paul joined us in 2022 from the UK’s leading healthcare insight business where he lead commercial and innovation teams to support the data and business intelligence needs of large pharma and device companies.
Paul has over 25 years of senior leadership experience working in the healthcare sector having held positions in large and small Pharma, device and data and business intelligence companies. His broad range of skills ensures he understands how to successfully develop and implement a strong market access strategy.
Outside of work hours Paul enjoys mountain biking and socialising with his family and friends.
Dale Robertson
Technical Services Manager
Dale has been working with medical equipment since 1988 and has gained experience in a variety of clinical engineering, sales & management roles. 8yrs in the Medical Physics department of a large university teaching hospital preceded senior positions at some of the UK’s leading suppliers of hi-tech medical equipment.
In 2001, Dale founded a new medical equipment distributorship that became a public company on the UK stock market under his tenure as CEO in 2005.
Dale understands and ensures that product reliability and performance must remain at the highest level possible to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment and hospital staff can be assured of unrivalled customer service.
Dale won't bragg about it but he also spent several years as a Captain for Norwegian Airlines, he loves to ride his motorbike and enjoys a social event.
